Dispatch & Origin
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our UK studio.
Orders from within India are dispatched from our India studio.
Preparation Time
Each order is thoughtfully packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
- Europe (including Italy): 4–7 working days
- United States & Canada: 5–8 working days
- Singapore & Hong Kong: 3–5 working days
- United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia: 3–5 working days
- India: 2–5 working days

Shipping Costs
UK shipping is complimentary above £65.00.
India shipping is complimentary.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping, which will be clearly indicated.
Duties & Taxes
United States:
Orders are shipped duty paid. Gilli Dreams covers applicable US customs duties so customers will not be asked to pay customs duty to the courier on delivery.
Other Destinations:
Import duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient unless other stated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
